Shipping and handing

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for delivery in New Zealand including rural delivery. All orders usually arrive in one to three business days once collected by the courier.. You'll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way to you. Australian delivery is a flat rate of NZD $15.00. Orders should arrive within 10 working days. Australian deliveries are sent via New Zealand Post as Standard International Mail (untracked).  If you would like an item sent faster and tracked, please contact us for a quote / details.

We only ship within New Zealand & Australia as standard, contact us at greekxenia@gmail.com and we can provide a cost for shipping to other overseas destinations.

Xenia by Design cannot be responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance, local duties and taxes. Xenia by Design is not responsible for delays caused by the courier companies. Xenia by Design will not be liable for the subsequent costs incurred in the cases of incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from the delivery centre, causing the item to be sent back to our studio. An additional cost will be added to re-ship the goods to you again.

Tax and duties  

Depending on the destination, you may have to pay additional taxes or duties. Xenia by Design will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Please check with your local Customs for more information.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, return the items in original condition within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.  If you would like to return an item, please email greekxenia@gmail.com to arrange.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.  There are no returns for sale items.

Please note:  We globally source our merchandise and we work with individual jewellery designers as well as larger wholesalers. This includes locations such as Greece, Turkey, New Zealand, Australia and China. A few items are also made by Xenia.  On each product page, the product material and source for each item is stated.
